配方说明:

Improved Calamine Lotion

配方组成:

Calamine/8 g
Lime water/60 cc
Polyethylene glycol 400/8 g
Water, to make about/100 cc
Zinc oxide/8 g
Polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate/3 g

配制方法:

Dilute 60 cc of lime water to 90 cc with water and heat to boiling.
Heat 3 g of polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate in a small beaker to 70'C on a water bath. Stir the hot lime water solution on an electric stirrer while adding the melted monostearate slowly, continuing the the temperature of the mixture drops to about 40'C. Then set aside for about 24 hr. Mix 8 g of calamine and 8 g of zinc oxide in a mortar and prepare a smooth paste with 8 cc of polyethylene glycol 400; add the monostearate suspension slowly with continuous trituration. Transfer to a beaker and stir vigorously with an electric stirrer for 15 min. Note: care should be taken to incorporate as little air as possible during the stirring procedure.
