Colors for mascara should be purchased from a cosmetic supply house or color dealer because no coal-tar dyes, and only a few earth colors, may be used. Mix the first three ingredients. Stir gently, adding the color and heat to 185'F. Mix the morpholine and water, heat to 185\F, and add to first mixture slowly with stirring. Continue stirring and hold at 185'F until uniform. Set aside for several days before packaging.
