Mix A and heat to 80'C. Dissolve B in a portion of C and add to sequence A to 80'C with agitation. When homogenous, add remaining water (C) at 80'C, continue agitation, then cool to 40'C and lastly add D. Continue agitation until salt is thoroughly dissolved. Fill 80 parts by wt. into the can and 20 parts of a 7% H2O2 solution into the codispensing valve pouch, and cinch the valve to the can. Pressurize with 5% isobutane/propane (84:16) hydrocarbon mix. Most of the leading valve manufacturers have prototype codispensing valve units available for evaluation.
