配方组成:

Butter/4 lb.
Cook the butter until scorched, then add the sugar and heat to
260'F
"Parlac" Dry Whole Milk/3 lb.
Cold Water/6 lb.
Brown Sugar/7 lb.

配制方法:

Dissolve and add to the boiling syrup. Recook at 230'F., with stirring.
