Vanilla Extract/1 oz. Bring to a rolling boil Granulated Sugar/2 lb. 10 oz. Watr/9 lb. "Parlac" Dry Whole Milk/2 lb. 4 oz. Common Cornstarch/12 oz. Whole Eggs/1 lb. 2 oz. Water/3 lb. bitter Chocolate/12 oz.
