Lemon-Cream Pie
配方组成:
Cold Water/4 lb.
Whole Eggs/1 lb. 12 oz.
Stir this paste into a boiling syrup and cook until thick
Granulated Sugar/6 lb.
Butter/8 oz.
Powdered Lemon Juice/1 lb.
"Parlac" Dry Whole Milk/2 lb.
Cake Flour/2 lb.
Salt/1 oz.
Water/5 lb.
配制方法:
Stir in last.
Fill into baked shells while it is still warm. Cover with whipped cream or meringue. If meringue is used, sift a little confectioners' sugar on top and brown in a hot oven. This makes fourteen 9-in. pies.
