Vanilla-Cream Filler
配方组成:
Water/2 lb.
Whole Eggs/1 lb.
Pastry Flour/8 oz.
Cornstarch/8 oz.
Make into a smooth paste, stir into the boiling milk solution, and
cook until thick. Add a little color if desired
"Parlac" Dry Whole Milk/1 lb. 5 oz.
Butter and/or Shortening/4 oz.
Vanilla Extract/1 oz.
Sugar/2 lb. 12 oz.
Salt/1 oz.
Water/6 lb.

Stir into the mixture as the last.
