Starchless Rich Custard Pie

配方组成:

Water/8 lb.
Dissolve in advance
Granulated Sugar/1 lb. 8 oz.
Salt/0.25 oz.
Nutmeg/0.0625 oz.
"Parlac" Dry Whole Milk/1 lb. 8 oz.

配制方法:

Run until the sugar is dissolved, then stir in the milk solution gently to avoid excess foam.
Bake at 425'F. Pour into unbaked shells at the oven. Remove before the filling has entirely set.
This makes ten 9-in. pies.
