Mix 6 minutes at low speed, scraping the bowl

High-Grade Cake Flour/10 lb.

Egg Whites/2 lb. 4 oz.
"Parlac" Dry Whole Milk/8 oz.
Water/4 lb. 8 oz.
Vanilla Extract/3 oz.
Emulsifier Shortening/6 lb.
配制方法:
Beat fluffy, using a hand whip. Add in two stages. Smooth out glossy.
Batch weight 41 lb. 9 oz. Bake at 320'F. Five poundcakes require about 2 hours of baking.
