Tung oil
Linseed oil, alkali-refined
Heat the "Pentalyn" 802A and 10 gal of linseed oil together at 585'F
(for 1 hr to 1 hr 20 min). Add china wood oil; temperature drops to
370'F+_10'F. Reheat to 575'F as fast as possible (40 min maximum), and
hold for heavy drop from hot stirrer (0 to min). turn heat off and check
with 10 gal of linsed oil. Air-cool to 350'F, and thin to 90%
nonvolatile with xylene.
