Vanilla Extract/1 oz.
100% Granulated Sugar/7 lb. 12 oz.
High-Grade Cake Flour/3 lb. 8 oz.
Baking Powder/4 oz.
Cream of Tartar/3 oz.
Emulsifier Shortening/3 lb. 8 oz.

Mix together with a hand whip and cream 3 minutes.
Batch weight 30 lb. Bake at 350'F.
