Breal Flour/1 lb. Incorporate. Powdered Lemon Juice/3 oz. Egg Yolks/3 lb. Egg Whites/1 lb. Butter/3 lb.

Sift the dry ingredients and add them alternately with the water. Mix smooth. Batch weight 24 lb. 14.5 oz. Scale into loaf pans. Bake at 325 to 350'F. The cakes may be frosted with a good lemon icing or left plain, as desired.
