Hot-Weather Butter Cream
配方组成:
Water/1 pt.
Creamery Butter/0.5 lb.
4X Sugar/6 lb.
Color to chocolate, maple, etc.
Margarine/0.5 lb.
Coconut Butter (92-94)/1 lb.
配制方法:
Put the sugar and all of the shortenings into a mixing bowl with half of the water. Whip thoroughly. Then, add the rest of the water slowly so that it will be absorbed without breaking down the mix.
This has a high melting point and is also good for fancy decorations. It will stand heat.
