配制方法:
Measure the QS surfactant and the deionized water into a beaker which has been thoroughly cleaned and then rinsed with deionized water.
Stir the mixture until the surfactant is completely dissolved. Adjust the solution to pH 9.0 with 50% sodium hydroxide solution, using a calibrated pH meter. Charge the resulting salt solution into a 1-liter 3-neck flask which has been rinsed with deionized water and equipped with a thermometer, reflux condenser, nitrogen inlet tube (extending close to the bottom wall), and a 3'' "Teflon" paddle stirrer rotating at about 250 rpm. Add a mixture of the three acrylic monomers slowly with stirring to the surfactant solution in the reaction flask to form an emulsion. With continuous stirring, add the freshly prepared ferrous sulfate solution. Start the nitrogen feed and bubble nitrogen through the reaction mixture for 15 minutes at about 50 ml a minute while adjusting the temperature to 20'C with an ice-water bath.
