配方说明:

Mocha Butter Cream

配方组成:

Strong Black Coffee/2 fl. oz.
Vanilla Extract/0.125 oz.
4X Sugar/1.5 lb.
Melted Chocolate/2 fl. oz.
Butter/4 oz.

配制方法:

Cream the sugar with the butter and add the vanilla. Introduce the melted chocolate liquor and sufficient strong cold black coffee to bring to the proper consistency; then beat until light.
