Sugar/60.0
Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate/2.8
"MALTRIN"-10/13.2
Calcium Acetate/1.6
Instant Jel Tapioca/19.0
Spray-dried Skim Milk/3.0
Vanilla Powder/0.4

配制方法:

1. Grind above ingredients to a fine powder and blend thoroughly.
2. Place (2) two cups of cold milk in a mixing bowl and add 4 ounces of the above mix.
3. Whip with an egg beater or mechanical mixer for about (1) one minute.
4. Chill until set.
