"MALTRIN"-10/5.0
Propylene Glycol Alginate/0.5
A: Sucrose/8.5
D: Vanilla Flavor and/or other flavor and color/(to suit)
B: Water/75.0
配制方法:
1. Blend "A" together in dry form.
2. Disperse "A" in the water. Add "C" and heat at 180-190'F for 5-10 minutes to pasteurize.
3. Homogenize mix at 2,500 and 500 psi through a two-stage homogenizer.
4. Cool to 40'F.
