1. Mix "A" thoroughly. 2. Blend "B" and stirinto "A". 3. Heat to 115'F, add "C" and stir. Then heat to 140'F. 4. Prepare a 1% stabilizer solution in cold water. Heat "D" to 170'F, and add to the 140'F mixture. 5. Heat to 160'F for 30 minutes to pasteurize. 6. Add flavor, if desired. 7. Homogenize mix at 2,000 and 500 psi through a two stage homogenizer. 8. Cool to 40'F.
