1. Blend "A" together in dry form. 2. Mix "B" ingredients thoroughly and heat to 120'F. 3. Add "A" to "B", using high speed agitation to avoid lumping. 4. heat to 120'F. 5. Disperse Beta Carotene in liquid oil. Add "C" to above mixture. 6. Heat at 180-190'F for 5-10 minutes to pasteurize. Then cool to below 90'F. 7. Add flavor, then acid. Mix while adding acid. Whip to smooth texture. 8. Package and cool to 40'F.
