配制方法:

1. Dry blend all ingredients very thoroughly.
2. For each 34 pounds of dry mix, add 66 pounds of boiling water, while stirring continuously in Hobart.
3. Whip at high speed in Hobart bowl using wire whip for 5 to 10 minutes or until smooth.
4. Chill immediately.
