1. Hydrate "TVP" by simmering in water until tender (about 20 minutes). Drain. 2. Add all ingredients to bowl of Hobart Silent Cutter or similar chopper. 3. Chop for 10 seconds to obtain a coarsely chopped mixture. 4. Cook in a double boiler for 20 minutes. 5. Place about one heaping tablespoon in a folded taco shell. NOTE: Frozen taco shells must be fried in about 1/2 inch of fat before filling. Filled tacos may be frozen and reheated in a 350'F oven. Dried taco shells can be used as is.
