配制方法:
1. To hydrate "TVP", simmer in mixture of water and vinegar about 15 minutes.
2. Saute hydrated "TVP" in butter until golden brown*. Serve with buttered egg noodles, sauerkraut, and sweet and sour red cabbage.
*Hydrated TVP may also be dipped in batter before being sauted.
