1. Pour boiling water over "TVP" chunks and let stand 30 minutes. If minced is used, hydrate five to seven minutes. 2. Put hydrated "TVP", suet and seasoning into chopper and chop for 45 seconds. 3. Mold into 15 gram balls. 4. Fry in pan until browned. Yield: 24 meat balls. Serving Suggestion: With cream sauce, gravy or tomato sauce.
