Isopropyl Myristate/3.0
Part A: Mix the stearic acid, cetyl alcohol and silicone fluid; heat
mixture to 70'C. Part B: Into a mixture of the water and glycerine
disperse the "Carbopol". Next, neutralize with sodium hydroxide then
"Ethomeen" C-25. Last, add preservatives. Heat to 70'C.
Add A to B using moderate agitation. Cool to 45'C, add perfume.
