配制方法:

Disperse the "Carbopol" in the water using high speed agitation. Mix until free from lumps. Heat to 75'C and add the triethanolamine. Add the water phase at 85'C to the oil phase at 85'C while stirring. Continue mixing and cool to 30'C.
