Hair Creme Rinse
配方组成:
Water/to 100%
Add "Adogen" 432-CG to demineralized water at room temperature and
agitate until uniform. only mild agitation is necessary, and the Adogen
432-CG disperses quickly and readily. Formula 118 has a very low
viscosity. The addition of up to 0.3% NaCl or sodium acetate will
further reduce the viscosity. The above formula can be adapted for spray
application.

配制方法:
Heat the water to 80'C; add the "Adogen" 432-CG and the "Adol" 52-NF with agitation until uniform. Continue to agitate while cooling to room temperature. Add perfume, dye, and package.
viscosity Control and Opacifying: Adol 52-NF (cetyl) helps opacify the formula and also increases the viscosity. Adol 62-USP (srearyl) also can be used, producing a higher viscosity than Adol 52-NF.
The viscosity of Formula No.1 can be increased to a level of 500 to 700 centipoises by the addition of up to 0.3% of sodium chloride. Salt additions over 0.3% may cause emulsion instability.
A sodium chloride titration curve will establish optimum use levels.
(Notice that in Formula No.1 the addition of sodium chloride reduced the viscosity).
Some formulators will want clear or gel type dispersion. The use of Methocel (Dow) or Natrosol 250 HR (Hercules) at use levels of 0.25%-0.50% usually is adequate. However, various levels of these materials may be used to create the desired consistency.
