A: "Veegum"/1.0
C: Stearic acid/4.4

配制方法:

I. Add the "Veegum" to the water slowly, agitating continually until Water/to 100% heat both phases separately to 75'C. Add oil to water slowly with agitation. Cool to 50'C, add perfume and package.
