Ammonium persulfate, 31% solution/10.0

Sodium bisulfite, 8% solution/5.0

"Abex" 22S (29%)/8.0
Ferrous sulfate/0.03
Distilled water/106.6
Potassium persulfate, 4% solution/40.0
Natrosol hydroxyethyl cellulose 180LR/4.7
Sodium bisulfite, 10% solution/8.0

配制方法:

heat watr and borax to 70'C with agitation and an N2 flushing blanket. Add "Abex" 22S and "Natrosol". Then add resin which has been heated to 80'C. Add ferrous sulfate. Change to N2 positive blanket, allow to emulsify for 15 minutes, then add half of the persulfate solution, followed by dropwise addition of the vinyl acetate. Subsequent additions are made in order.
