配制方法:

"Exon" 470 is dissolved in Isophorone, DIBK and "Solvesso" 150 under high shear agitation. Solution should be free of gel particles. Slowly add mineral spirits to thin the dissolved resin.
Following pigment grind is charged into a pebble mill: DIDP, "Thermolite" 31, "Mark C", "Emery" 9730, propylene oxide, ERL-2774, TiO2 and dissolved "Exon" 470 solution resin. Allow to roll for 19-24 hrs. until the Hegman grit reading is zero. Add the Exon 654 powder and forty-eight parts of Toluene. Allow the mixture to roll for an additional twenty-four hours and then dilute with the remaining Toluene and methyl cellosolve.
The applied coating is fused for 23 minutes @ 125-180'C.
