配制方法:

Disperse the "Carbopol" in the water using high speed agitation.
Continue mixing until free from lumps. reduce agitation speed. Heat to 70'C. Add the sodium hydroxide solution, the "Ethomeen" C-25 solution and the oil phase (heated to 70'C). Continue mixing and cool to 30'C.
