A. Heat 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 together to 75'C. B. Heat 6 and 7 together to 75'C. C. Slowly blend the aqueous solution into the oil phase with stirring. D. Add 8 at room temperature and then add 9. When thoroughly blended chill rapidly. When the cream starts to set (45-50'C.) stop stirring. Stearic acid may be replaced with palmitic acid to produce a softer cream.
