Package Dyeing Acrylics & Polyesters (Union or Cross Dye)

配方组成:

Wind yarn onto a collapsible-type dye tube at minimum tension. Round
package edges and load onto dye carriage. Attach riders of 100%
polyester and 100% acrylic yarns. Set flow cycle for 7 minutes
outside-in and 4 minutes inside-out (a 30 second flow cycle has also
given good results). Cold rinse 10 minutes, drop bath. If yarn is
soiled, scour at 160'F (71'C) for 20 minutes with 1% nonionic detergent.
Rinse. Set bath at 100'F (43'C) with the following
Water softener or sequestering agent/1.0
Acetic acid to pH 4.5-5.0/X
Sodium acetate/0.5
Butyl benzoate/X
Irgasol DA basic-dye retarding agent/1.0

配制方法:

Increase temperature to 160'F (71'C) on outside-in cycle and circulate for 10 minutes before adding disperse dyes. For very deep shades, add disperse dyes. Increase temperature at 2'F (1.1'C) per minute to 190'F (88'C) and add disperse dyes on outside-in flow and circulate for 10 minutes. Increase temperature to 205'F (96'C) at 1'F (.5'C) per minute and seal machine. Continue to increase temperature at 1'F (.5'C) per minute to 230'F (110'C). Run at 230'F (110'C) for 1 to 2 hours, depending on depth of shade desired. Cool to 190'F (88'C) on inside-out flow and patch. make disperse and cationic adds at 160'F (71'C). Adds should be made on outside-in flow. Increase temperature to 230'F (110'C) and run an additional 30 minutes. If shade is approved, cool slowly to 130'F (12'C) on inside-out flow and overflow rinse until clear. Scour 20 minutes at 160'F (71'C): 1% Tetra sodium pyrophosphate 1% Anionic detergent 2% Sodium hydrosulfite---heavy shades only Rinse. Extract and dry at 190'F (88'C). Unlevel packages shou
