Dry-Cleaning Soap

配方组成:

Potassium Hydroxide*/9.5
Oleic Acid/107.0
Cheaner's Naphtha/25.0
Water/13.5
*100% basis.
Monoethanolamine/10.5
Butyl "Cellosolve"/27.0

配制方法:

Do not use an open flame.
Heat the naphtha, "Cellosolve" and oleic acid to 104'F.
In a separate container, dissolve the potassium hydroxide in the water and add the amine. Stir the resulting hot-water solution into the fatty-acid solution. Continue stirring for about 30 minutes to react all of the potassium hydroxide.
The solution should be clear.
