Blend the resin solution into the polymer, then add the wax
emulsion. Premix the remaining materials, then mix in with good
agitation. Mix for thirty minutes, then adjust pH to 9.0.

配制方法:

Add the X-100 to the water,stir until clear, then slowly add TSPP.
