Milk/87.0
Sugar or dextrose (Powdered sugar for creamier texture)/10.0
Flavor, color, etc./1.0

配制方法:

Dry mix sugar, "Stanmere" Type CK, flavor, color etc. Warm milk slowly to 110'F. Remove milk from heat and add dry mix. Mix until smooth and uniform. Chill immediately to gel.
