KLERZYME will yield sparklingly clear juice, even with ordinary
filtration equipment.

Note: To speed the clarification of apple juice it may be advisable to add 12 ounces of a low bloom gelatin for each 1000 gallons of apple juice when using KLERZYME Liquid, KLERZYME Liquid 100, or KLERZYME 200.
