配方说明:
Lemon Oil Emulsion
配方组成:
"Brominol"/2.0-2.1
Water to make 100%
Powdered gum arabic USP/5.0
California lemon oil/2.1-2.4
Propylene glycol or glycerin/1.3-1.7
配制方法:
Adjust specific gravity of oil mixture to 1.01. Add gum to oil glycol and mix well. Add 1/5 of the water while mixing well. Pass mixture thru homogenizer or colloid mill. Add remaining water and homogenize again.
To Make Bottling Syrup Use 2 fl. ozs. of emulsion to 2.5 to 3 fl. ozs. of 50% citric acid solution in 1 gallon of 30' Be sugar syrup.
To Make Beverage Use 1 oz. throw to a 7 oz. bottle or 1.75 ozs. throw to a 12 oz.
bottle and fill with carbonated at 4 volumes of gas.
