配制方法:

Disperse stabilizer into part of the water at about 150'F. Add other ingredients. If a liquefier is available, blend the LP 10 at a level of 30 per cent solids before adding. Add remaining water to bring to final volume and pasteurize according to regulations established by each state (165'F. or 30 min.) and homogenize at 1500/500 psi, then cool rapidly at 38'F.
and cocoa; mix. Add invert sugar syrup, balance of sugar and propylene glycol. Mix and heat to 190'F. and add vanilla flavoring. Adjust solids.
