Melt the vegetable butter and lecithin together in a cooking kettle equipped with double-acting stirrers, and mix thoroughly. Add the corn syrup, sugar, Sorbitol solution, salt and sufficient water to dissolve the sugar. Mix well and heat to boiling. Continue stirring and heating while slowly adding the sweetened condensed skim milk. Cook to medium ball (238-240'F.). Add the flavor and cast in starch molds.
