beat to desired gravity-about. 85. Water may be varied to provide

配制方法:
Premix sugar and cellulose gum in A by sifting together several times. Add B to premix in A and stir to dissolve. Add C to mixture and whip at slow speed. Add salt, then gradually add sugar while beating.
Premix powdered milk and margarine to prevent lumping and add to whipping mix. Add shortening and flavoring and whip at high speed to desired consistency.
