B: Brown sugar/1 lb
Flavor/as desired
"Amaizo" corn syrup/35 lb
Salt/0.5 oz
A: Sweetened condensed whole milk/5 lb
Water/as desired
Water/8 oz
C: Butter/1 lb

配制方法:

Cook A to 245'F stirring constantly. Blend B, add to A, cook to 220-223'F. Add C, blend well, homogenize and fill at 180-190'F.
