Tap water/1 qt.
B: Stabilizer*/4 oz.
*Formula: Cellulose gum, CMC-7H3SXF-13%; Tapioca-18%; Dextrose-69%.
A: Egg whites/1 qt.
Granulated sugar/1 lb.
配制方法:
Whip A medium stiff. Mix B. Break up lumps. Add to egg whites and sugar while whipping at medium speed. Whip to desired consistency.
