配制方法:
Blend dry ingredients with the exception of the sucrose and add to the water while stirring with a mechanical mixer. Heat to 200'F and continue stirring. Add sucrose and dissolve. package and cool.
IF a firmer gel body is desired, simply increase the concentration of "KELTROL" and locust bean gum keeping the original ratio.
