Locust bean gum/4.5
1. Thoroughly blend salt, titanium dioxide, sodium benzoate and
color until a homogeneous powder is obtained.
2. Add citric acid, "Calgon", "KELTROL" and locust bean gum to # 1 and
blend well.
3. thoroughly mix # 1 and #2 with starch and then blend in flavor.
4. Screen mixture through a 30 mesh screen and blend once again.

配制方法:
Bring thawed fruit, sugar, color, salt and added water to a boil.
Add Starch and water and continue cooking for a few minutes or until a temperature of about 195'F. has been reached. Add corn syrup. Stir in and again bring to a boil. Pour into suitable containers and cool before using.
