Lard or vegetable shortening/2.0

Wheat flour, all purpose/6.0
Baking powder/1.4
Corn meal/9.6
Milk, fluid/29.2
Sugar/2.0
Egg, dried whole/5.5

配制方法:

Add 14 lb, of milk and balance of ingredients except lard to the mixing bowl. Blend one minute, add melted lard and blend 1/2 minute. Add balance of milk and mix until well blended. Bread should be baked at 450'F until done.
